Whisperlabs is a hosted application designed for collecting and managing the ideas, thoughts, and expectations of today's customers. The company was conceived in the halls of the McCombs School of Business, vetted through thousands of user interviews, and launched in Austin, Texas.

Eric Mills
Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Eric Mills has over 13 years of experience with a primary focus in the software sector. Mills has held a variety of key roles ranging from hands on technical implementations to customer facing management roles. Eric currently serves as Professional Services Director for Avai. Previously, he served as Area Business Manager in Inside Sales at Silicon Laboratories where he also developed enterprise software solutions in Information Systems. Prior to Silicon Laboratories, Mills developed software for Cerqa Copyright, a Dell supply chain partner. Prior to Cerqa, Mills founded Echo Consulting, a technology consulting company specializing in business software. Mills has a proven background in sales and entrepreneurship having started various other sales-based companies in the past. Mills received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Byron Webster
Founder & Chief Evangelist

Byron Webster has over 15 years of experience with his most recent 10 years in various product marketing and product management roles. Byron most recently served as the Director of Business Development for itzbig, a disruptive alternative to job boards. Prior to itzbig, he was responsible for Business Development and Marketing with the Bernard Hodes Group, a leading provider in human resource space. Prior to Hodes, Webster served in various positions at Hire.com, another leader in human resource software, where he was responsible for the introduction and enhancement of many of the company's products. Prior to Hire.com, he co-founded Angami Systems, the first enterprise employee referral solution, which was later acquired by Hire.com. Webster received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas and holds a Bachelors degree in Public Relations.
